Refund policy

We want you to love every pair of Senché socks you wear. But if for any reason you’re not completely happy, here’s how our return process works:


Easy Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

How to Return

  1. Reach out to us: Email us at hello@senche.com.au with your order number and let us know if you’d like a refund or an exchange.
  2. Get your return instructions: We’ll send you the address and any shipping label if applicable.
  3. Pack your socks: Place them in the original packaging and include your order number.
  4. Ship them back: Drop the package at your nearest post office or courier. Once we receive your socks, we’ll process your refund or send your exchange promptly.

Exchanges
If you’d like a different size or colour, we’ll happily swap your pair for the perfect fit. Just let us know when you initiate your return, and we’ll send out your exchange as soon as we receive your socks.

Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@senche.com.au
