Shipping Commitment
We want your Senché socks to reach you quickly and safely. All orders are carefully packed and shipped from Senché Warehouse so you can enjoy your socks without delay.


Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Shipping time
Standard Shipping (within Australia): 3–7 business days
Express Shipping (within Australia): 1–5 business days

 

Shipping cost
Standard shipping costs: $10 AUD (Free standard shipping on orders over: $60 AUD)
Express shipping cost: $15 AUD

 

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to see exactly where your socks are on their journey to you.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please refer to Return Policy. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible, whether that means a replacement or a refund.
